U2 iPod Accessories Stories:

I got the U2 special edition iPod because I have been a Bono fan for what seems like forever. I love how the body is black and the click wheel is red, and it is even custom engraved with U2 signatures. Seriously, what can be better than that? This has been my prized possession since the day that I got it because I have always been kicking myself for not being able to see U2 when they were at Red Rocks when I lived in Denver. Apparently, this was one of the very best concerts that they ever put on in the history of their careers, and I decided that I couldn't get off work that night so I was unable to go. Looking back, I definitely should have quit my job just to see such an amazing band for one night at one of the best outdoor amphitheaters in the country. I was actually looking for some accessories for my U2 iPod, and I stumble across a great iPod repair site that had everything that I was looking for. My dog had previously chewed through my wall charger, so all I had at the moment was a car charger, which was pretty inconvenient if I wanted to charge my iPod in my house. I was able to pick up a wall charger for my U2 iPod at much cheaper than I could find in any other retail store, and I made sure to be much more careful about at this time so that my terrier didn't chew through it again. Terriers have been known to have really bad reputations for destroying small household items, so I guess I was just lucky that he didn't get his teeth on my U2 iPod because I would have been beside myself. I treat this iPod as my family jewels, and I always care for it to make sure that it doesn't get scratched or dented it anyway. I was really happy to be able to grab some accessories for it that were pretty cheap so that I could always keep it running in the best condition. It was also good to know that there was an iPod repair site available that catered specifically to my model in case the worst ever happened, and that way I would know that there was an easy repair option for me. Let's just hope that never happens!
