This kit was really easy to use, and then when I had any questions, I got onto your website and chatted with someone to answer them. So convenient, so easy, so what I was looking for. Great! It didn't come with a battery, but then I got the battery, and most of all, all of the pictures helped. I am a visual person, so I mainly looked at all of the pictures to decipher the instructions. This was something so easy that my daughter could have done it, but I was happy to be able to do it myself and change out my iPod battery. It extended the life of my iPod, and it kept me from having to spend money on a new one.
