I am a very hands on type, and I am so particular about how all of my electronics get repaired. When I saw on your website that you could do a self install for the battery replacement for the iPod video, I was so excited. This little kit was perfect, and it had really detailed instructions with a bunch of different pictures. I know a good amount about gadgets and how they work, but having all of the pictures made it almost foolproof. I also appreciated the fact that it included a little safe tool so that the iPod didn't get messed up when it was openedd because I know that can happen a lot. This was a very professional and helpful service to repair my iPod.
