This evaluation is very simple to use, which was something that I was impressed with. I have a lot of questions about my iPod, so the very first time that I got on your website, I chatted with someone who was very helpful. I have to say that a lot of times when I look at a chat, I will be kept on hold for like 30 minutes, especially when it relates to tech-support. In this case, all of the questions that I had about my iPod were easily answered by a professional. This spurred me on to want to send my iPod to you also that you could look at some of the strange problems I was having, mostly relating to the sound.

Third Generation iPod Repair Stories

Priests are human beings. I keep telling my parishioners that, but I wonder how many of them believe me. A lot of them think I'm somehow different from the rest of the human race. I wonder what they would think if they knew I played football in college and today have a love of rock music and heavy metal. There's nothing wrong with my taste in music and the church does not frown on it but I know some of the more traditional members of my flock may be a bit shocked so I was careful not to play the music out loud. When I was alone at my desk in the church I usually had my iPod on to keep me company. One day when I was getting the altar ready for the Sunday service, I absent mindedly put my iPod down next to where some candles were burning and by the time I remembered, the iPod had been coated with molten wax. I went back to my chambers and tried to scrape of the now hard wax and clean up the iPod as well as I could, but as I feared, when I tried to play it, nothing happened. It was pretty upsetting because the iPod was a major source of relaxation and amusement for me. And priests, as you know, are not so well paid that we can go out and buy iPods whenever we feel like it. I made my peace with what had happened and put the damaged iPod away in my desk. A few days later a teenage son of one of the parishioners who, I think suspected my secret, asked me where my iPod was. I told him what had happened and he said I could get it fixed at a far lower cost than buying a new one. I got all the details from him and went back to the church office and got online. I searched for iPod repair companies and found lots of them. Feeling as if I was casting my bread upon the waters, I sent my iPod off to one of these iPod repair companies. It came back far sooner that I could ever have expected and the iPod repair cost me so little that I was surprised. And it looked and sounded as it if were brand new. I thanked my teenaged benefactor the next time I met him. He winked at me and said 'Rock on.'
