Third Generation iPod nano navigation problems can be very frustrating and may make you think you need to buy a new iPod. These issues can usually be solved much more cheaply with a simple ScrollWheel replacement. The silver back of the 3rd Generation iPod nano is very hard to remove, and therefore gets severely bent when we remove it. But do not worry: we will replace the backing with a shiny brand new one. Just keep in mind that any engraving that you may have, as well as the serial number of your device, will not be printed on the new backing. As a courtesy, we always return the original backing that was on your iPod nano (unless you request otherwise) which you can keep as a memento.
