Professional Repair Evaluation for Apple's 3rd Generation iPod nano
When your 3rd Generation iPod nano has an obvious problem (e.g. a broken screen) or something more unclear (e.g. just does not turn on), let our experts have a look at it. We apply the repair evaluation fee towards any repairs that you authorize, and we don’t repair anything without your authorization. With your permission, we can simply charge the same credit card used at checkout for the additional repairs.

You will receive a notification when we receive your device, have had a chance to evaluate it, and once again after it has been repaired, tested, and ready to ship (yes, we tend to over-communicate!).

We use brand new and/or tested parts and guarantee the parts and workmanship for one full year. Our batteries are guaranteed for ten years.

The shipping method selected during checkout will be for that final leg of shipping from us back to you. You can make your own shipping arrangements or opt to have us email you a shipping label so you can get your device to us.

The order confirmation that we email you after the order has been placed will have our shipping address, but you can also find information on how to package up your device and where to ship it here.

Note: If the evaluation of your device reveals the need for a new logic board, we will unfortunately have to return your device back un-repaired, as parts that meet our quality standards have recently become extremely difficult to source. We apologize in advance for this possibility. We are optimistic that any other repair (should you approve it) will be simple and affordable, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that this happens.

The silver back of the 3rd Generation iPod nano is very hard to remove, and therefore gets severely bent when we remove it. But do not worry: after any repairs you authorize we will replace the backing with a shiny brand new one. Just keep in mind that any engraving that you may have, as well as the serial number of your device, will not be printed on the new backing. As a courtesy, we always return the original backing that was on your iPod nano (unless you request otherwise) which you can keep as a memento.

We offer a variety of same-day shipping options from us to you, perfect for any level of urgency.

Limited-time Offer: Enter FREESHIP in coupon code field at checkout for FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping (on orders greater than $10), or apply that discount towards another shipping method that you prefer!

To get the process started, add this item to your cart and proceed through checkout!

I was seriously on the verge of sending in my nano to this other repair website, but they looked really shady and strange. I decided to call them up and talk to them to see if I can find out more information, but they didn't make me feel very comfortable. I decided to continue to look around, and when I found your evaluation for nano repair, that was exactly what I was looking for! This was extremely helpful because I had to pay a low price to get it looked at, which was what I wanted to do in the first place. After that, you all told me how much it would cost to get the whole thing repaired, and it was a really great deal.

Third Generation iPod nano Repair Stories

A lot of people think being an airline pilot is a glamorous job with lots of travel, and free time. It does have its advantages, but what people don’t see is the long boring periods in between flights when you are stuck far from home. Even worse is when you are waiting at the airport, but for some reason or another, your flight is delayed and all you can do is sit around the office waiting for the good news that you can finally leave. What has been my faithful companion through all the hundreds of frustrating hours, over the years when I have been forced to sit around between flights, or waiting in airport offices for delays to be cleared up is my iPod. I turn it on and close my eyes and I’m in a place of my own where I can relax and be at ease. Over the years I have become totally dependent on it as a source of entertainment and relaxation. One day when I was on a layover in London, I put my iPod on a table and absentmindedly dropped my suitcase on top of it. An iPod is not a delicate instrument, but it’s not designed for that kind of punishment. It didn’t work after that. Some hours later while waiting to take off I told my young co pilot about what had happened and told her I was going to have to buy a new one when I got home. She told me about iPod repair, which I didn’t know existed. I told her that I needed my iPod and was not going to risk getting it repaired, if it was in fact possible, and then face problems with the repaired piece when I was travelling, which was most of the time. She insisted I give it a try and I finally agreed. On reaching home, I went on the internet and found a host of companies who do iPod nano repair. I got in touch with one, using their 800 number and told them what had happened. They asked me to send my damaged iPod to them. Within a very short time my iPod was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition. I have been using it for over six months now and it has never given me a problem. And oh yes, the cost of iPod repair is much less than that of buying a new one.
