Article The likelihood that we can repair water damaged devices is largely dependent on the severity of the damage, and we really need to have your device in front of us so we can evaluate it.

We apply the cost of the evaluation towards any repairs that you authorize, so you will not be out anything if you opt to have the device fixed. But if the damage is too severe, and the replacement parts too expensive, we do keep the evaluation fee and return the device back to you.
