My backplate looked so horrible on my iPod touch that my husband was always making fun of me for it. I don't know how I got so scratched, but it was in really bad shape. For my birthday, he looked around online and found this company to replace the backplate of my iPod touch for me, which was a very sweet gesture. The work was really fast because I didn't want to be without my iPod for that long because I use it all the time. The brand-new backplate looks really good, and it was a great way to spice up my iPod touch so that it looks much newer. This was a very professional service that I will recommend.

1st Generation iPod touch Repair Stories

There are so many songs I love, but the oldies from the 80’s are my all time favorite. I love the sweet tunes of my high school days. I love to hear the rock and roll or punk music of that day and it is my iPod that will take me back to memory lane. I found this great site that allows you to download music, all for a price that I feel is really cheap. So, it took me half of a day to download all my most wanted tunes. I took my time to make sure all that I listed were ‘download ready’ to be synced with my iPod. It was pure excitement, to know that as I rode in my car, I could listen to them. I just knew all it took was to sync them and go. There was a hour long ride that I had in store for me to run an errand. So, I took my time downloading, because I wanted those tunes to go with me. But, to my dismay, after I synced them instead of giving me the message to eject my iPod. The computer software gave me a message that was weird, it said “do no disconnect’. What? This isn’t true it can’t be. I have to leave soon, I have no time for that and that’s when it started to settle down within me that it won’t be going with me. I even tried to play it without the new music and it wouldn’t work then, either. I am not sure what I did to my poor little iPod that day, but it was sick. So, I went to run my errand and after I returned, I began to try to fix it myself. There wasn’t one of my tricks that worked to make the message go away. So, I started looking on the web for any clues from someone else that might have had the same problem. Bingo! There was someone with the same exact message, only they sent their iPod to an iPod repair service. Well, this let me know that it was a little serious than I thought and it wasn’t something I could fix by myself, so I contacted the iPod repair service who instructed me to turn it into them through the mail. I did and they fixed it, and the cost was barely anything. Thank god, for iPod repair services, Rock On!
