Customer Reviews

Author: Keith
I used this company to replace the backplate on my iPod. I was happy to find that they were very responsive and had a convenient option of live chat. The back of my iPod was horribly scratched, but I didn't want to buy a whole new one because there was nothing wrong with the iPod itself. This company gave me clear and concise information, and it was easy to begin the order process online. When I had a question during the order process, I asked someone in live chat, and they directed me in what to do. I normally get very frustrated if it is difficult to order on a website, but this company was helpful, and they gave me a professional replacement.

Fourth Generation iPod Repair Stories

There is nothing like listening to my iPod shuffle while I ride the bus going back and forth to work uptown Washington, DC. I listen to my favorite podcast session, which is the Battlestar Galactica series podcast. They are awesome and I don’t like to miss not even one. While I was waiting for the bus to stop one morning at a stop nearest my job, I noticed a older woman who kind of gave my iPod a funny look. I wasn’t sure why that happened, but went about my day any way. I went to the grocery store to pick up my lunch before walking to work a couple of blocks east. While I perused the aisles and collected some eatery for today’s lunch and some snacks to store at my desk, I thought I heard a whirl in between my sessions, but paid it no mind. At the checkout, the young girl asked me a question. I wasn’t sure why I knew I gave her the correct amount in change. She was persistent, so I released my ear plugs to answer her. She asked me did I notice that my iPod was making a loud noise? I was shocked when I heard it make some type of whirling noise and it made me upset. I quickly turned it off and decided to leave it off until it was repaired. During lunch that day a few of my co workers explained they were surprised I didn’t have my iPod running. I told them that it was because it needed repairing. One guy walked by who wasn’t in the conversation and nonchalantly said, ‘you should send it to an online iPod repair company, they are some reasonable ones online’. I didn’t know of anyone, so I felt all was lost and that I would have to buy another one. I didn’t want to because that would take money that someone who is on an already squeaky tight budget didn’t have. I wasn’t going to be able to purchase another one anytime soon. I went back to my desk and while waiting on an email from my boss, I began search for iPod repair companies. I was able to pull up several sites that were offering the iPod repair. I chose one and shot them a quick email, amazingly before the day was over they responded with assurance that it could be fixed and how to get it to them. Well, basically I sent it to them, they repaired it, and sent it back in perfect condition, they are truly great for iPod repair.
