Once you place your order, we don’t delay: if you ordered a kit or a part for your device, we will ship it out before our same-day shipping cut-off of 3pm CST every business day. If you are sending your device to us, we generally ship it back to you within one or two business days after it passes Quality Control/Testing. We hate keeping orders here any longer than they have to be, so prompt shipping is a number one priority for us.
No need to waste money and choose ‘First Delivery’ when sending us your device so that your package arrives at the crack of dawn. This approach does not get a device checked into our shop much faster than any other package that arrives on that same day because, in the event that we are not yet open when the carrier makes that early morning delivery attempt, they will re-deliver your item along with the group of other packages that are sent to us on a daily basis.

Domestic Shipping Options
The following shipping options are for customers within the United States:
USPS First Class Mail (no tracking number provided, takes four to seven business days): $3
USPS Priority Mail (no tracking number provided, takes two to three business days): $9
Note: USPS can ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes.
UPS Ground (tracking number provided, takes one to five business days): $9 (fastest shipping at the lowest price!)
UPS 3-Day Select (tracking number provided, takes one to three business days): $13
FedEx Express Saver (tracking number provided, takes three to four business days): $19
UPS 2nd Day Air (tracking number provided, takes one to two business days): $19
FedEx 2-Day (tracking number provided, takes three to four business days): $29
UPS Next Day Air Saver (tracking number provided, takes one business day): $29
FedEx Overnight (tracking number provided, takes one business day): $39
Saturday Delivery (tracking number provided, delivers Saturday): $49
Choose this shipping method if you want your item or device delivered on a Saturday. Even if your order is ready and could be delivered on a Thursday or Friday, for example, we will hold your items and ship them on Friday so that they arrive exactly on Saturday. A tracking number will be provided so that you can follow this shipment, and we will select UPS or FedEx to make this delivery, depending on which one is the most appropriate for your area.
Note: UPS and FedEx shipments cannot be used for PO/APO/FPO boxes. We reserve the right to change your shipping to USPS if you provide us with a PO/APO/FPO box but chose UPS or FedEx as the carrier.

International Shipping Options
The following shipping options are for customers outside of the United States:

USPS Express Mail International (no tracking number provided, takes two to four business days): $28
Note: Every international shipment we send is classified as a “gift” so chances are you will not be asked to pay additional fees, although sometimes that seems to happen despite our efforts.
