Shipping

All of our outbound shipping methods (shipping options from us to you) are listed below. If you wish to learn more about our inbound shipping options (how you can get your device to us so that we can work with it), please view our Guidance for Safe Shipping page.

If your order is for one of our battery replacement kits and/or accessories and placed before 4pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, it will ship that very same day. Orders placed after this time, on Saturday, on Sunday, or on a United States holiday will ship on the next business day.

If you sent your device in to us for repair, we ship it back to you using the shipping method that you select at checkout for the return, once that device passes our rigorous testing phase.

Please be aware that UPS does not include Saturday or Sunday in their transit estimates. So, for example, if you select UPS Next Day Air and your order is placed before our same-day shipping deadline on Friday, it will deliver on Monday (assuming that Monday is not a U.S. Holiday).

No need to waste money and choose ‘First Delivery’ when sending us your device so that your package arrives at the crack of dawn. This approach does not get a device checked into our shop much faster than any other package that arrives on that same day because, in the event that we are not yet open when the carrier makes that early morning delivery attempt, they will re-deliver your item along with the group of other packages that are sent to us on a daily basis.

And we understand that our customers have different levels of urgency when it comes to shipping, which is why we offer a wide variety of shipping methods during checkout. We reserve the right to automatically upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail (2 – 3 Business Days) from UPS if you provide us with a Ship To Address that is a PO Box, APO, FPO, or equivalent without prior notice.

When your order is ready to leave our facility, a shipment notification will be sent to the same email address that you provided during checkout (so be sure to check your spam filters!). Customers that have selected USPS for their domestic shipment will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Customers that have selected UPS for their shipment will receive an email with a tracking number.

Still want Fast Domestic UPS service but don't want to pay overnight prices? We have found that approximately 50 percent of our UPS 3-Day Select and 60 percent of our UPS 2-Day shipments deliver on the next business day! So if you would like your package to arrive sooner, but it won't hurt if it shows up at the end of the acceptable delivery range, this may be an option for you.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to an address that contains a PO Box, APO, or FPO. If you are shipping to one of these addresses, choose one of our USPS shipping options so that your package can be shipped without delay.

If you select Option 3 or 4 and want to have us email you a return shipping label, please be aware that (1) it may take up to 24 hours for this return shipping label to be emailed to you after your order is placed, and (2) you must open and print out your return shipping label within thirty days after you receive it, or the label will no longer be active. If the link to your UPS label doesn't work, look for %3d near the end of the url and replace it with an equal sign =.
