I was looking around at you guys' website when I had some downtime at work. I didn't even know that it was possible to have a sticky scroll wheel, but that described my problem completely! I would always have to maneuver the score wheel of my nano in a certain way to get it to work, which was more than annoying. Now that my iPod has been professionally repaired, I am surprised at how much better it is working! You all were so helpful to me, and you made it easy for me to send it in my iPod to get a repaired. I know that there arent many repair options in my area, so it's great to find them online.

iPod nano Repair Stories

We had to go to Chicago for my daughter’s naval graduation, so I loaded up my iPod video with songs and videos I love. I even put a few cartoons on to settle down my toddler grandchild and give her something to occupy her during the trip. We landed in Chicago that evening and all was well, but we were running late for our scheduled taxi pickup. Everyone was racing to get on the elevators and escalators with her in tow. I forgot she had my iPod and she evidently dropped it. Relieved to find that it didn’t land too far from her feet, I picked it up and was about to go through the doors leading to waiting taxis, when I noticed my screen was cracked. Ugh! I wanted to be upset with her, but realized it was my own fault for not making sure I secured it, before we left the plane. While riding to our destination, I could see that it still worked but the cracked screen is just a nuisance for me to look at. Fortunately, for us she wasn’t that picky and would continue to watch her favorite cartoon anyway. When we got home, I began to look for options to fix my iPod because I needed to take it with me to work. On my job, it is a lifesaver and allows me to set my mind at ease, while I work away. Well, I used the search engine to find options for fixing my equipment and came across many discussion forums on iPod topics. I learned so many things from those forums about iPods. I noticed one user who explained that they found a great site for iPod repair. I wish they had left the actual website, but they didn’t. So, I began searching for one myself and to my surprise, there were many sites that were willing to do my iPod repair. I found one that I think was really cool and they had me send it to them, after repairing it, they sent it back to me really promptly, and I was quite happy about that. It was like my falling in love all over again with my iPod. I was so happy to have it back and it didn’t take long at all. If I ever have any other problems with my equipment, I am sure I will use them again. I am sure they have become my only resource for iPod repair.
