Professional Repair Evaluation for Apple's 2nd Generation iPod nano<!--BASE:N2REV=19.00-->
When your 2nd Generation iPod nano has an obvious problem (e.g. a broken screen) or something more unclear (e.g. just does not turn on), let our experts have a look at it. We apply the repair evaluation fee towards any repairs that you authorize, and we don’t repair anything without your authorization. With your permission, we can simply charge the same credit card used at checkout for the additional repairs.

You will receive a notification when we receive your device, have had a chance to evaluate it, and once again after it has been repaired, tested, and ready to ship (yes, we tend to over-communicate!).

We use brand new and/or tested parts and guarantee the parts and workmanship for one full year. Our batteries are guaranteed for ten years.

The shipping method selected during checkout will be for that final leg of shipping from us back to you. You can make your own shipping arrangements or opt to have us email you a shipping label so you can get your device to us.

Click here to learn more about how the whole Repair Evaluation process works – it’s easy and fast!

The order confirmation that we email you after the order has been placed will have our shipping address, but you can also find information on how to package up your device and where to ship it here.

Note: If the evaluation of your device reveals the need for a new logic board, we will unfortunately have to return your device back un-repaired, as parts that meet our quality standards have recently become extremely difficult to source. We apologize in advance for this possibility. We are optimistic that any other repair (should you approve it) will be simple and affordable, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that this happens.

We offer a variety of same-day shipping options from us to you, perfect for any level of urgency.

To get the process started, add this item to your cart and proceed through checkout!

Limited-Time Offer! Enter FREESHIP in the coupon code field at checkout for FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping or apply this offer towards any other shipping method that you prefer!! Applies to the leg of shipping from us to you.

my nano seemed to be doing all of these wacky different things that I couldn't figure out. Finally, I dropped it on the ground when I was running, and then I stepped on it, and then the screen cracked. That was the sign from God that I needed to get my device fixed right away because the screen was horribly broken.a friend of mine recommended me to this service, which was more than helpful. I called to talk to one of the representatives, and she was very direct in telling me how to get started sending in my iPod. I appreciated all of the help that I got, and now my nano is working better because some of the inner components were fixed, as well as the screen.

Second Generation iPod nano Repair Stories

A car workshop is noisy and dirty. I know, because I own one. No matter what you do, you can’t keep it clean and quiet. A couple of years ago I hired a young mechanic. He turned out to be a natural with a feel for engines. I noticed that he used to always have his iPod with him which led to a bit of ribbing from the rest of the crew. I asked him about it and he told me that the music helped him to concentrate and also blocked out a lot of the distracting racket. It sounded interesting, and I asked to try it. Five minutes convinced me that he was right. While his kind of music was not for me (I belong to the Elvis generation), it was nice to have music playing as you worked. I had thought about this before, but abandoned the idea because large speakers blasting at full volume in an already noisy workshop did not sound like the way to go. But iPods were a different matter. To cut a long story short, I added an iPod to everyone’s annual bonus. And I made sure everyone used them. Sure enough, with everyone able to listen to the music they liked the atmosphere in the workshop became better and the number of arguments dropped and productivity increased. However, within 2 months an iPod got accidently covered by grease and I realized that this kind of thing would happen once in a while, but that I couldn’t afford to keep replacing them. That was when the young mechanic told me about iPod repair. He took me to a computer, logged on to the internet and found a lot of iPod repair companies. He contacted one, told them what had happened and they said to send the damaged iPod to them which we did. Sure enough, they sent it back in a very short time in perfect working condition. And the repair cost was not expensive at all.In the last one year, we have had 3 iPods damaged because of the conditions they are used under. The iPod repair company had been able to fix all of them and now we have a regular tie up with them and they give us a 10% discount on iPod repair costs. All I had to do was get a spare iPod which anyone who damaged theirs could use while their own iPods were getting repaired.
