Grrr don't even get me started on the scroll wheel of my iPod. This was a long-standing problem that I had, and I was even going to go so far as to purchase a new part to try to fix it myself. I have fixed a lot of different things, and my job is very tech oriented, so why couldn't I do it myself? The only problem I was having was fighting the part because it was nowhere to be found. In the process, I saw your website, and I noticed that the scroll wheel repair was very inexpensive. I figured that it was worth my while to get this problem out of my hair and have someone else do it for me. You guys did a great job!

iPod Photo Repair Stories

My daughter loves to jump rope. She and her friends jump rope in the driveway all the time. Some of her friends are on a jump rope team and those girls teach the other girls some of their moves. It’s not like the jump rope we did when I was a kid. These girls are doing cartwheels and handsprings in the middle of their jumps. Some of the kids on the jump rope team can do flips and many other amazing tricks! It’s so much fun to watch and so good for the kids to do. The girls like to take my daughter’s iPod out so they can jump to music. They bring the iPod speakers out and blast their favorite songs while they make up routines for the music. They can do this for hours at a time! One day, a few weeks ago, the girls had been jumping outside for a while when I realized that the music had stopped. I went out to see what was going on, and found the girls huddled up and looking intently at something in the middle of their circle. “Mom,” my daughter said. “You won’t believe what happened!” One of the girls had been practicing a move where she dropped one end of her jump rope and then she needed to pull on the other end of the rope to pull it back towards her. When she did this, the free end snapped like a cracked whip and hit the iPod. It knocked the iPod out of the speaker cradle and it went flying about five feet away before it dropped on the pavement. The girls stopped what they were doing and ran over to the iPod. But no matter how hard they tried, the iPod wouldn’t turn on. My daughter was upset and her friend felt responsible. Everyone went home feeling dismayed and my daughter and I tried to figure out a solution. We really didn’t get much further than replacing the iPod, which we didn’t want to do! I got a call from my daughter’s friend who had hit the iPod with her jump rope. Her mom had told her about an iPod repair company that could fix my daughter’s iPod. We were so excited! We went online right away and looked at the iPod repair website and learned all the details. It seemed so easy and inexpensive. We decided that this was our best option and sent the iPod off to be repaired. When we received a package a few days later from the iPod repair company, we were thrilled to find the iPod in perfect working order inside! The iPod repair was an inexpensive, efficient solution to our problem.
