like the problem I was having with my iPod was the scroll wheel was all sticky, and it would always mess up so I couldn't choose the right song or playlist. I was thinking that maybe it was a little glitch, and I even called up the place where I bought it and stayed on hold for like 45 minutes. Lame. I found your company, and I called you guys up to, and you answered all of my questions for me. I really appreciate that, and it turns out that all I needed was a scroll wheel replacement, which was pretty affordable and very quick. My iPod is working better than ever, and I'm just glad that I was able to find your company to get this repair!

iPod classic Repair Stories

My son wants to be a musician when he grows up. He plays the guitar and the trumpet and loves to listen to music on his iPod. He's got all kinds of music on there that he listens to and he tries to figure out how to play the songs on his guitar while he's listening to them. He takes his iPod to his guitar lesson where he and his guitar teacher can listen to the songs and play along. A few weeks ago, I picked him up from his guitar lesson and we were in a hurry to get somewhere so I was pushing him to pack up his guitar quickly. He threw his music and his iPod in his guitar case and we raced out the door of the music studio. As he swung his music case into the back of the car, the iPod went flying out of the unzipped pocket of his guitar case onto the gravel driveway several feet away from the car. I hurried him along to pick it up and get moving! He got into the car and we drove away. As were driving, my son plaintively said from the backseat, 'Mom, my iPod doesn't work.' Apparently, flying through the air and hitting the gravel scrambled something inside the iPod. While he had power, he couldn't make it work.We hurried through the rest of our day and when we got home, I took a look at the iPod. I felt partly responsible for the iPod being broken because I had rushed him along, but I didn't want either or us to just pay for a replacement. Hoping that there might be another solution, I went online to the Apple website. I tried some of their tricks to see if I could get it back on track, but had no luck. As I resigned myself to going out the next day and buying a new iPod, I searched the words 'iPod repair' just to see if anything popped up. And it did! Several iPod repair sites came up in the search and I was thrilled to take a look through them. It looked like an economical and reliable way to get the iPod repaired and to save the expense of replacing it!I chose the iPod repair site that seemed to make the most sense for us and sent the iPod off. A few days ago, just a couple of weeks after I'd sent it off, the iPod repair company sent it back in perfect working order! I was thrilled to have found an inexpensive, reliable solution to our iPod problem.
