I can tell you from personal experience that there is nothing more frustrating than cracking the glass on your nano! I always tried to watch out for the screen of my nano, and I had had quite a few mishaps where I thought that it was broken. The time that I actually broke it, I stepped on it, which was a really stupid thing to do. My first order of business was to look at your website right away because I had heard about it from a friend. The cost to repair the screen of the nano was pretty low, so I set my iPod into you, and I got it back in a very efficient amount of time so that I didn't have to be without it for too long.

I dropped my iPod on the floor and the screen shattered. I can't wait to see how great a job you guys do on the repair!

Fourth Generation iPod nano Screen Repair Stories

I must drop things more than the average person. It feels like I’m always dropping something – my phone, my keys – whatever is in my hands ends up on the ground. I’m pretty lucky, because other than a couple of scrapes, everything seems to survive pretty well. I’ve never broken my phone or my iPod or anything when I’ve dropped it. So I have to say that I was shocked a couple of weeks ago. I was walking in the kitchen getting ready to eat breakfast before school with my iPod in my hand. I was trying to put my ear buds in when, of course, like almost every day, I dropped my iPod and the ear buds. They hit the kitchen tile. I picked them up, put my ear buds in and turned on my iPod. But it didn’t work. For the first time ever, something I dropped broke! I examined the iPod all over, but couldn’t see anything broken on the outside. Unhappily, I left the iPod on the counter and went to school. That night, I picked my iPod up again, hoping that it would magically have repaired itself and would turn on again. Of course, it hadn’t. Unhappily, I thought about where I would get the money to buy a new iPod! It would take me weeks to save up for a new one. I had told a couple of my friends about my problem at school and one of them told me about an iPod repair company she had used when she broke her iPod. It hadn’t been expensive, she said. It cost a lot less than buying a new iPod! It was pretty quick, too. She’d had her iPod back in a couple of weeks. I went online and looked at a couple of iPod repair websites. They looked almost too good to be true! But my friend had said it worked, so I thought I should give it a shot. I packed up my iPod and sent it off to the iPod repair company. I was pretty much counting the days until I got my iPod back, and I was thrilled by how quickly it was returned! When I opened the box, I grabbed my iPod and powered it up. It was as good as new! I’m sure I will keep dropping things the way I’ve done all my life, but it’s such a good feeling to know that if my iPod breaks again, getting it repaired is quick and inexpensive!
