Replacing the LCD in this iPod takes expertise, and we have the talent in house to quickly remove your old, damaged LCD and replace it with a brand new one. The new LCD that we install is tested out and returned back to you, usually on the next business day. The silver back of the 3rd Generation iPod nano is very hard to remove, and therefore gets severely bent when we remove it. But do not worry: we will replace the backing with a shiny brand new one. Just keep in mind that any engraving that you may have, as well as the serial number of your device, will not be printed on the new backing. As a courtesy, we always return the original backing that was on your iPod nano (unless you request otherwise) which you can keep as a memento.
