At first when the LCD on my iPod was messed up, I tried to bear with it. Then it got to the point where it was bleeding, and I couldn't see any of the songs. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of having an iPod. I was going to let my brother look at it to see if he could replace something, but he told me that I should look online first to see how much it would cost for a repair. This was all new to me because I didn't know that you could repair iPods, but I shipped my iPod into your company, and the LCD looks perfect now. Thx so much for everything b/c this was a really helpful repair service at a low cost.

Sixth Generation iPod classic Repair Stories

I have always wanted to work with Gorillas in the zoo, and I got my wish several years ago. Now I work in a big metropolitan area with a nice sized zoo. I am the person who takes care of the gorillas when they first come to captivity. We get them as babies and they start out at a neighboring gorilla refuge. We have to get them trained to eat the food in their new environment and to accept human handlers. Don't get me wrong, they are still wild animals, so you will never know what to expect. There are some safety issues that you have to remember as you are moving in and around them. We have a small troop of gorillas at our zoo and we treat them with respect. I don't know if you know it, but some zoos have gorillas that love to create with paint. Ever since the famous gorilla Koko, zoos have looked for gorillas who might take up this art. We happen to have one who is a female and she enjoys painting. Kinera as she is called is a very sweet gorilla until she gets her dander up. We usually do not know why this is, but the other day was one of those days. I usually communicate well with my gorillas because I have been with them so long. On this day something about my iPod made Kinera upset. She walked up to me, grabbed it, sniffed it and then threw at a nearby rock. I don't know if you know how big a gorilla is, but the adults can get to several hundred pounds. I waited for Kinera to move away before I approached because I wasn't sure what set her off. She gets that way occasionally, but she never turns on humans. I knew my iPod was completely shattered because gorillas can really throw something with force. When she walked away from the area I picked up the pieces of my iPod and wondered if I could find an iPod repair company. I went back to my office and started surfing the Internet to see what I could find. There were several companies that offered iPod repair service. I chose one because of their customer service. They were very friendly and I was surprised that my iPod repair happened so quickly. I keep the website on my bulletin board in my office in case I need it again.
