Fifth Generation iPod Video Repair Stories

You might find that my occupation is a bit dodgy, but I have to tell you it is only part-time and a lot of fun. I get to meet a lot of different people, have a quick conversation and away they go. Many people refer to me as a "carnie" because that is what we used to be called in the old days. Whenever you went to a carnival or circus you would have one of us hawking our rides. Today, it is not so complicated because people basically want to ride so we don't have to call them over. I am a Ferris wheel conductor, at a traveling carnival. I like my job and it is basically very safe if you do not look real close at the cages. I enjoy it because you see all types of people. While I am waiting I often listen to my iPod while the wheel is going around because it takes a couple of revelations for the ride. There is a lot of maintenance that goes on with a Ferris wheel in between times that we have customers and it we always have to perform maintenance check throughout an evening. I was making my regular check when my iPod got caught, under one of the baskets. There is a little latch that under the Ferris wheel basket that holds the basket on; I think my iPod got caught on that latch. It came off my neck as the Ferris wheel was ascending and took a ride without me. When I noticed it I brought the wheel around and during the descent my iPod fell from about mid height to the ground and the glass shattered. I knew right then I was going to have to find an iPod repair company. I searched through the phone book and there was nothing local so I looked on the Internet. To my surprise there were several repair companies and a couple of iPod repair service websites. I talked to the people in customer service and shipped my iPod off. I was surprised at how quickly my iPod repair happened. I was open to the possibility that I might have to get a new one but this company took care of me easily. It was a minor issue they said. I know keep the name of this company in my wallet just in case I need it.
