When your iPod Photo has an obvious problem (e.g. a broken screen) or something more unclear (e.g. just does not turn on), let our experts have a look at it. We apply the repair evaluation fee towards any repairs that you authorize, and we don't repair anything without your authorization. With your permission, we can simply charge the same credit card used at checkout for the additional repairs.

You will receive a notification when we receive your device, have had a chance to evaluate it, and once again after it has been repaired, tested, and ready to ship (yes, we tend to over-communicate!).

We use brand new and/or tested parts and guarantee the parts and workmanship for one full year. Our batteries are guaranteed for ten years.

The shipping method selected during checkout will be for that final leg of shipping from us back to you. You can make your own shipping arrangements or opt to have us email you a shipping label so you can get your device to us.

The order confirmation that we email you after the order has been placed will have our shipping address, but you can also find information on how to package up your device and where to ship it here.

Note: If the evaluation of your device reveals the need for a part that we can no longer obtain, we will have to send your device back un-repaired. More detail on this can be found in our Terms of Service.

Note: If you are interested in the possibility of a data backup, be sure to indicate that in the Order Comments field during checkout and we will let you know if that is possible after your device arrives.

If you suspect your device has water or liquid damage, we suggest setting up an order for our repair evaluation for liquid-exposed devices as it is possible that this part alone will not solve the problems that you are having.

I was having power issues with my iPod photo, so I sent it in your website to see if you all could look at it. I use my iPod a lot because I commute a really long way on the way to work and I get absolutely bored out of my mind. The repair process was very fast, and when you all evaluated by iPod, it was just a small price that I had to pay to find out exactly what was going on with it. From all of the information that I look at online, there is no other repair out there that is as thorough! I will hands-down be recommending this to other people I know who end up having iPod problems because it really is more common than you think.

iPod Photo Repair Stories

I have always loved the railroad and after I finished school some years ago I started working as a train conductor. I was hoping that after a few years I would be accepted in to the train driver's training program. Being a conductor was fine at first, but after the novelty of being on a train all the time and being constantly on the move wore off, the job became a bit boring. After checking tickets once in a while, there was nothing much to do and being away from home and spending nights away most days in the month did get very lonely. Luckily for me I always had my iPod with me. Being able to hear my own music whenever I wanted to, was like having a piece of home in my pocket. Then one day I was helping an elderly lady get her suitcase on board when the iPod fell out of my pocket and landed up just under the suitcase as I was setting it down. And it was a heavy one. I immediately lifted up the suitcase but it was too late. The casing was broken and obviously it would not play. I was really upset because at that time I was sending nearly all my money home to help out my parents, and the idea of sending them less so I could replace my iPod made me feel bad. I thought I would have to do without my music. I put the broken iPod in my travel bag and forgot about it, except when I missed my music. Then one day I heard some passengers talking about how one of them had gotten an iPod repaired. I apologized for intruding and asked about how this could be done. The passenger told me that there are lots of iPod repair websites online, and all I had to do was search for them. Once I had chosen one, I had to send my iPod to them and they would repair it and return it to me for much less than the price of a new one. I did exactly as he told me and sent off my iPod for repairs, to this iPod repair company. To be honest I didn't really have much hope of getting it repaired - this was something I had never heard of. Anyway, the iPod was returned to me really fast and in perfect working condition, looking as good as new. Whew, thank God for these iPod repair companies. And the cost? Much less than what I would have paid for a new one. I didn't have to cut back on the money I sent my parents that month!
