Third Generation iPod nano Battery Stories:
I have decided that the best move for me in my transportation is to start taking the bus to work. For one, it is much cheaper and will save me on gas money. For two, my main motivation is that it is eco-friendly so that I am doing my part for the environment by carpooling to and from work. Also, I get very, very frustrated in traffic, so I figured that this could be the best way to calm myself down and just zone out so that I enjoy every minute of my half hour ride to work. I live in a pretty big city, so taking the bus is a common option for most people who don't even choose to have a car. I decided to let my son drive my car to his college about 15 minutes away so that he can have an easier time getting to and from class. The night before I began my big commute, I decided to download a bunch of new music for my iPod nano so that I would have an even more relaxing bus riding adventure. I had my iPod plugged in to the computer for two hours, and when it was done synching, the scroll wheel wouldn't budge at all when I tried to use it. I kept moving it around and around, but the screen just stayed on music without the scroll wheel doing anything at all. I got pretty bothered by this, so I decided to look online to see if there were any iPod nano repair sites that could tell me what I needed to do to reset it. The site that I found actually prompted me to ship the iPod to them so that they could assess it for me for a small fee. They ended up emailing me right back to tell me that the scroll wheel needed to be repaired, and they then returned it back to me better than new. I'm just happy to have my entertainment source restored for my daily commute!
