I figured that they were worth the shot, so I went ahead and shipped my iPod in to them so they could assess it for me for a small price. I was really happy with the professionalism of the company because they did confirm that the hard drive needed to be replaced, and they quoted me a very fair price, which I knew since I had shopped around to the rivaling companies. Now I have my iPod back better than new and have learned my lesson on being careful!
