"I am the very first to admit that I was scared to ship my unit to some company in Texas. But your constant email updates put me at ease. I never felt pressured to get the device repaired, and you even told me which parts were needed and which ones were just nice-to-have. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was very good. Right out of the box, the device you fixed worked and even seemed to work better than when it was brand new. My sincere thanks the milliamp team for their hard work. It is obvious that you care in all that you do."

First Generation iPod nano Repair Stories:

What to do when you find your iPod dead with a blank screen and not taking a charge... Let me tell you that that is actually a very common problem that can be easily repaired if you do find the right iPod repair site to meet your needs. I know you are probably concerned about sending your iPod off to some random company and having it returned to you in one piece, but I will tell you that I encountered the same problem with great results, so all hope is not lost! I myself was very frustrated in finding my first generation iPod dying on me, with a blank screen and no answer in sight. I actually did check in with Apple, and they had recommended for me to buy a new one, but I wasn't giving up that easily! I did a little more research online, and I came across several sites that offered iPod repair. The site that I selected even had an area for Macbook laptop repair too, so I felt that they were trained professionals who could give me a great service. They let me ship my iPod to them so that they could assess and evaluate it, which I thought to be a prudent option, since I could then decide if I felt the repairs were fair for me. I was later emailed that I would need a new logic board, and they quoted me what seemed to be a reasonable price, so I went with it. With a small time frame, I had my restored iPod with its new logic board back in my hands, with the problems it was having just a faint memory. That was probably the easiest experience that I have had with any repair that I have needed in a long time.
