Professional Repair Evaluation for Apple's iPod mini
When your iPod mini has an obvious problem (e.g. a broken screen) or something more unclear (e.g. just does not turn on), let our experts have a look at it. We apply the repair evaluation fee towards any repairs that you authorize, and we don’t repair anything without your authorization. With your permission, we can simply charge the same credit card used at checkout for the additional repairs.

You will receive a notification when we receive your device, have had a chance to evaluate it, and once again after it has been repaired, tested, and ready to ship (yes, we tend to over-communicate!).

We use brand new and/or tested parts and guarantee the parts and workmanship for one full year. Our batteries are guaranteed for ten years.

The shipping method selected during checkout will be for that final leg of shipping from us back to you. You can make your own shipping arrangements or opt to have us email you a shipping label so you can get your device to us.

The order confirmation that we email you after the order has been placed will have our shipping address, but you can also find information on how to package up your device and where to ship it here.

Note: If the evaluation of your device reveals the need for a new logic board, we will unfortunately have to return your device back un-repaired, as parts that meet our quality standards have recently become extremely difficult to source. We apologize in advance for this possibility. We are optimistic that any other repair (should you approve it) will be simple and affordable, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that this happens.

We offer a variety of same-day shipping options from us to you, perfect for any level of urgency.

Limited-time Offer: Enter FREESHIP in coupon code field at checkout for FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping (on orders greater than $10), or apply that discount towards another shipping method that you prefer!

To get the process started, add this item to your cart and proceed through checkout!

at first I looked all over your site and was going to get the casing on my iPod mini replaced, but I thought that maybe something else was wrong with it because I was also having other issues. So the more research that I did on your website, I decided to first of all get it evaluated because that made much more sense. My girlfriend was telling me that maybe I should just get the casing replaced, but I figured that while I was sending it into your website that it would be a much better plan to have everything looked at. Perhaps the most impressive part of your website was how much detail you put into the repair service so I knew that I could trust you guys overall.

iPod mini Repair Stories

Becoming a step father to my wife’s two kids, from her first marriage was in some ways easier than I expected and in some ways harder. Easier because they were great kids and we got along well – none of that drama and tension you find in the movies. Harder because while there was nothing I could pin point, there was still some part of their personalities I couldn’t get close to. I better explain here that the boy was 10 and the girl was 12 at the time and I guess they still missed their dad who had been killed some years ago in an accident. About 6 months after we got married, my wife had to go off for a month on an extended business trip, leaving me and the kids at home. Everything was fine and there were no problems except for something I still couldn’t put my finger on. Then one day I came home to find the girl crying and the boy looking upset. They’d been fooling around and somehow or the other her iPod had fallen down and got broken. They had both been given their iPods a few months ago on the promise that they would not ask for anything else for a year. I felt bad for them both, but discipline is discipline and so is a promise. Then I remembered something a friend had mentioned to me some time ago – about how his iPod had gotten damaged and he found iPod repair companies on the internet and got it fixed. Using the logic that repairing an iPod is not the same as giving a new one, I took the iPod and told them not to ask any questions. I searched the web and found the iPod repair companies. I sent the broken iPod for repairs to one of these iPod repair companies which seemed reliable and efficient. And they were, for in an incredibly short period of time it was back, looking and sounding like new and at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I made a big production of giving the iPod back and they really were surprised and first asked why I had bought a new one. They were even more amazed when I told them that iPods could be repaired. Kids always think they know everything. They had been sharing an iPod for the last few days, which was no fun, and getting the repaired iPod was a great relief for them and they were thrilled. And, oh yes, after that I knew what had been missing. Now when they smile at me, the smiles touch their eyes!
