"I am the very first to admit that I was scared to ship my unit to some company in Texas. But your constant email updates put me at ease. I never felt pressured to get the device repaired, and you even told me which parts were needed and which ones were just nice-to-have. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was very good. Right out of the box, the device you fixed worked and even seemed to work better than when it was brand new. My sincere thanks the milliamp team for their hard work. It is obvious that you care in all that you do."

Repairs Stories for Apple's First Generation iPhone:

I consider myself to be someone who is very tech savvy and versed on the modern jargon. I actually do head up the IT department at my company, so all of these things happen to be something that I specialize in. That said, I was one of the first people on board to buying the new iPhone when it came out recently. I loved all that it had to offer because it felt like I was carrying my own personal computer in the palm of my hand, and in essence, I was. What I loved the most was that while I was away from work, my assistant could text and email me with any systems questions that I could easily help her with having minimal interruption. The one issue I did begin to have with my iPhone was that it mysteriously began having problems that were hard to understand. I began to type in the symptoms online to see if any discussion forums held the answers so that I could somehow fix the problem myself. No such luck. What I did find, however, was a great iPhone repair site that allowed me to ship my iPhone to them to be evaluated for a small fee. They actually emailed me promptly to tell me what needed to be done, which was installing a new hard drive. The representatives that I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable, which made me feel like my repair was in good hands. I was nervous about having my iPhone repair done in case something went wrong, but the results spoke for themselves. That was a very unexpected issue, but I was happy to have my iPhone repair done by professionals and returned quickly to me. If I ever have any issues or problems again, I know where to go.
