HI, A few weeks ago my screen got smashed but the iphone still worked fine , i went the cheap way and i bought the screen online and tried to replaces the screen with a technician friend. We replaced the screen but the iphone did not turn on after wards he opened it up more and i believe might of broken a connection somewhere. I think the original problem was with the screen connection cable 3. There are one or two little metal pieces included with the iphone that feel off during the process. The person I spoke with on the phone for your company said that this evaluation payment will go toward whatever problem the phone has. Problem with iPhone 3GS, My infant son grabbed by phone and put it under running water. The device appeared to be fine after drying it off, but roughly 6 hours later the light on the screen would no longer work. All other functions appeared to work fine. There was no sluggishness with the clicks/screen movement. The only issue that I could see was that the screen light would not turn on. When I am on a phonecall,I cannot hear out of the earpice, I can hear out of headphones or speakerphone. Also the people I am talking to say they can barely hear me. The Iphone was dropped about 4 months ago and the screen cracked. I had the screen and LCD replaced and it keeps freezing. Now it will not turn on at all.

The touch screen and home button does not respond in any way. At times the power button does not cause the device to turn on when the phone is on. There might be a jam with the button and the circuitry. Please call me if you have any other questions. My iPhone has trouble picking up a signal like it has a bad antenna. It will get signal when I'm close to a tower but if I get too far from it I loose service. Everything else seems to work just fine.

The iphone battery came apart, and before that the iphone froze and only showed the apple sign while powering on. Stayed like that for three days then shut off and never came back on. As far as I can tell the charging part of the phone is mess up. I couldnt take it to apple because I have red stickers. Can my stickers is change? I was trying to restore my phone but couldnt do to my computer not reading phone. Call me if there are any questions. I have included the replacement batter that i originally received to replace the battery on my own. I cracked open the iphone and discovered that this is beyond my skills to replace. SO i am sending it into you to finish the job. I have left the iphone opened and in a plastic case with all the screws, and parts that fell out when i opened it. please fix my iphone thanks. Hello! My Iphone 3GS seems to have a problem with the ear speaker. I get sound from anywhere BUT out of the ear piece. It also does not go dim when I hold it to my hear. I think it is supposed to. It is MAY have a problem with the wireless as well. We had some moisture get into the phone which probably shorted out the earpiece but it may have caused a problem with the wireless adapter??? I am not sure. I would like that checked out. Lastly, when I send MMS messages it seems to kick me off the cell network and says no service right after I hit send. It happens about 90% of the time. Also, I think I would like a new longer lasting battery. Thanks so much for your help!!

Dropped Iphone in Water. The switch on top doesn't work. The device turns on and off by itself. I dropped my iPhone on a tile floor. Since then it has only shown a blank white screen with occasional colored electronic lines. Nothing external is broken or scratched. Thank you.

Buzzer was not working. Gently pried the case open and it started working. Then it stopped. Took out two screws at base and tried to gently pry unit open. The unit then came apart spontaneously and quickly. This was followed by some choice language not suitable for young children to hear. I am now sending what is left of the unit. All the pieces that flew out of the phone. Good luck and God speed. Please fix my phone. I have no passcode. Peace. Dropped iphone pretty hard and since then: Iphone does not charge. When connected to the computer, it is not being detected by Itunes. Home button on iphone does not work. When I make the call, the recipient cannot hear me and there is crackling noise. I looked up a diagnosis for this online and found that possibly cable came loose that controls these functions that are not working and just needs to be put back in properly but not sure of this. Please Help! My iphone is 18 months old. It has worked fairly well, except for a lot of dropped calls and too many black out areas. My son's phone (not an iphone) gets better signal in these same areas with the same carrier (ATT). One recurring problem has been when I turn off the ringer (using the switch on the upper left side). I have it set to vibrate when silent, but it seems to like to vibrate often for no reason! It happens inconsistently, but has continued since the warranty ran out. Occasionally it acts like one of my Windows machines, not allowing me to start an app, or throwing me off an app. A reset usually clears this up. The last time this happened I noticed all the native apps would work, but it would not launch any of the apps I had added. Several months ago I was unable to charge the phone by any method, but several reset attempts mysteriously fixed it. Now it has happened again, but resets don't do anything. I have been on the phone with Apple and they walked me through their tests. Nothing worked. My Mac couldn't see it when hooked up, etc. They indicated I needed to drive an hour to the Apple store which I did, only to be told they can't do anything except sell me another one for $200 with only a 90 day warranty! The battery is rather dead, and a reset brings up a dim screen showing the battery level and asking to be charged, which of course it won't do. Unfortunately, I allowed my son, who has often fixed his phones, to attempt a "fix" for mine. He probably did some damage attempting to open it. Obviously it was a failed attempt. So please let me know what you can do with it. I took my iphone 3g apart to try and replace the back cover on it but when i was taking it apart i broke the big headphone ribbon, so basically i need it to be put back together and replace the broken parts thanks

My phone was in my purse and a 60 oz. bottle of Smart Water leaked all over it. I had it in a protective case (Speck Candyshell), but when I took it out, it wouldn't turn on & I could see water behind the lens. I did nothing until the next day - hoping it would dry out. I turned the phone on the next day, but nothing happened. That night I bought a box of Silica Beads and left the phone on top of the beads for 3 days. On the third day, we took the phone out & turned it on. The screen lit up and the apple appeared with a spinning symbol as if it was about to go to the home screen. It stayed like that with the wait spin (until the battery ran out?). We plugged it into the computer & it looked like the computer could recognize it, but then I got an error message. The phone would not turn off, so I put it back in with the silica beads. (At this point, the water behind the lens was gone.) The following weekend my husband took the phone to the Apple store where they recognized the water damage. They plugged it into one of their (diagnostic computers?) and said the phone looked good, no screen damage, and their computer recognized the phone's apps. The iphone was dropped and it doesn't work properly. You can't use the touch screen. You also can't get past the first/opening screen(menu). Phone was washed in pants pocket. when it was found it was dry, but i still put it in a bowl of rice for a couple of days. no luck. wont turn on.

My Son, tried to open the iphone to put on a replacement backplate he purchased on ebay. He had the right tools and removed the 2 screws underneath, and used the provided plastic tool to pry it open.. Apparantly it wouldnt get open and he used excessive force, which i believe cause it to rip apart. I dont know if anything is broken, or simply disconnected, but im hoping you guys can put it back together without any replacement parts, or with very few.. Ive also, included the replacement backplate in this package, if your able to repair the phone, im hoping you guys can switch the backplate for us, for an additional fee (we should have sent it to you guys in the first place).. Anyway, let me know if you can fix it and how much it will cost, there's a little plastic bag, which has a piece that fell of the phone, plus the 2 screws that were on the bottom. Cheers, Iphone crashed approximately 3 months ago. During a conversation i noticed the phone was getting extremely hot, the call dropped and the screen display showed a red battery icon. The screen then went white, to black and then shut down. The phone will not accept a charge, and it is not identified by a computer when i attempt to reboot it. Apple returned the phone to me without checking it because the water sensors had beenact triggered. The phone was dropped in water approximately 3 months before, but it worked perfectly thereafter with no malfunctions whatsoever. Phone has odd issues. When not using, occasionally will go into a state where it will not receive incoming phone calls, texts, or email. Signal is extremely good w/ 3G in this city. When user realizes phone is not working correctly, will reboot, and then all is well. Then later it will go into this state again, and when the user realizes it, also outgoing calls, texts, emails will not work also. Reboot again solves it for a short time. This phone is a refurb from AT&T in August 2009, no more warranty. Thank you.

yeah the phone wasn't charging tried to fix it got no where see what can be done thanks in adv The iphone was dropped; the screen broke, but otherwise it worked fine. I tried to replace the glass myself and damaged the LCD in the process. At this point, the LCD coloring was off, but otherwise everything worked. Then I purchased an LCD and glass package to install. Now the phone seems to work fine, except the speaker for calls using the phone doesn't work and the proximity sensor doesn't seem to work. The device is a 2G iPhone 8Gig. My wife dropped the phone in water. I let it dry as best as I could (I did not use heat to dry it). While the phone boots up, it constantly gets into a reboot cycle with the apply logo. If I plug it into charge the phone will boot up and work, although the lock button sometimes works and sometimes does not. Also the power down screen will randomly appear. The biggest issue though is that the wifi is not working. The wifi in the options is grayed out and can not be selected.

GOOD DAY. WHEN I CHARGE THE POWER TO THE IPHONE. IT IS NOT HOLDING THE POWER FOR MORE THAN 10/15 MINUTS AND THEN THE PHONE GO FLAT AGAIN. THAT IS ALL PLS DO WHATEVERT IS NECESSARY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AS THE IPHONE IS FOR MY 12 YEARS SON Its the original 2G first generation iphone and it stopped charging a day before. Plugged in different chargers/usb, but the phone did not recognize any. Due to this it eventually died out. I would also like the data retained on the phone if the issue is battery related. Thanks. It got wet...not good... Low speaker volume very difficult to hear during a call. Needs a new battery as well. No issues before screen broken. dropped in driveway and possibly wheel ran over it. Screen is cracked, and it would light up when turned on. It was in a thick leather case at the time. The sound does not work on u tube, i-pod or any sound effects, such as tones for voicemail,text, and email. If I plug in the headphones all sounds work fine. The ringtones all work fine all the time. There is a message that comes up on the screen that says"This accesory is not made to work with i-phone. Would you like to turn on airplane mode to reduce audio interference?. You will not be able to make or recieve calls" Yes/ No. This message comes up about every 15 minutes. I cracked the screen and got one off ebay and tried to replace it on my own and now the touch doesn't work. iPhone was dropped, resulting in cracked screen, but the iPhone continued to work for around 3 months. Then, when the battery died and iPhone was plugged in to charge, the screen turned black and would not respond to touch, or lock button, even when fully charged.

Phone was dropped. It has whitescreen. Still receives calls, seems to function, but not sure! Has not worked since the accident. Will not turn on or reboot. No longer charges. Right before it started this, the phone got VERY hot one day and stopped charging after that. We have a new phone, it is OK to completely wipe phone. This worked perfectly until I tried to do the battery replacement myself (never again). I'm looking at getting an estimate on this being put back together if possible. Thanks. iPhone 2G will shut down when using apps. Seems to work OK when used just as a phone. I am guessing it's related to a worn out battery? I replaced the battery myself and while doing so broke thye cable for the charging port and the headphone jack. After breaking the parts I did not try to put the phone back together. Prior to the battery replacement , everything else worked properly. I can barely hear on the receiver when I get a phone call. Works fine on speakerphone. Thank you, I dropped my phone about two weeks ago. The LCD screen turned white but the rest of the phone worked. After doing some research, I decided to fix the LCD myself and ordered the screen. I installed the LCD and everything seemed to be perfect, until I recieved a call and couldn't hear the person on the other line. I also noticed that the proximity sensor wasn't working either. I believe that when I was installing the LCD, I must have messed up the ear piece and proximity sensor wire. Everything else on the phone works fine. If I put it on speaker phone, it can make calls and it can send texts and surf the internet as well. From looking on the internet, I think the problem has something to do with wire #3, but I couldn't find an easy way to fix it. I was hoping you could help. I really appreciate your expertise. Hi, This iphone was in my bag and was damaged by a water bottle that was not closed tightly enough. It attempted to reboot several times before outright dying. I droped my Iphone and the fall was about 3 ft. I picked the Iphone up and it was all white with grey lines on the screen. I tried resetting it by holding the sleep button and menu button down at the same time. NOthing worked. Thats all I can really tell you, I hope you can fix it. Then almost immediately the home button stopped working. Next, when I plugged the phone in to my computer or to the wall, it was not recognized by either, thus I could not charge the phone or connect to itunes. The phone would not power off. There also appears to be some slight damage to the case near the off/on volume switch on the left side. All of this happened after I dropped the phone several times in a few weeks and lastly in a mall parking lot, when the case came off and did not protect the phone at all. I am not concerned about how the phone looks, because I will put it in a case, but it would be great if I could get it repaired for a reasonable fee. Thank you. Hi, I am sending in the iPhone 2G for evaluation. The problem is that the iPhone is not holding charge. I charge the iPhone battery in full with iphone wall charger. But the battery can only idle for about 6 - 8 hours before it dies (without making any calls). And the second thing is sometimes not able to receive phone call but the singal bar showing 2 - 3 bars. This is just happen from time to time but the most important problem is the iphone not holding charge which i cannot use. Thanks. Full Reset from Iphone menu it would not reboot, stuck on the Apple. Took it to Apple now it won't acknowledge SIMM need as phone but if not possible would accept it can be used with wi fi at least There is a crack on the back of the phone, near where the charger/ USB connects. The phone initially rejected some of my charging devices, now won't accept any chargers/usb cords. So it will not charge, and will not connect to my computer. IPhone: Replace battery. Also I put the SIM card in there without the little caddy and I cannot get it out. Please fish it out when you have the case open and put it back in properly. Caddy is taped to the phone.

Call in cust is sending in a 1st gen iPhone for batt replacement iphoneg will not sync or show up in itunes or on computer, reset software, tried different cables, reinstalled itunes, tried different computers, nothing, etc. the iphone g will charge when hooked to external charger (not a computer), reset the phone, nothing, still get a computer to recognize it. Phone will no longer charge on any charger. When connected to computer via USB, the USB port is closed for pulling too much power. This is my wifes iPhone 3G please look at the glass and repair. There was also a problem with the plug-in area a piece is cracked. If that cannot be fixed it is OK it still works. But thought I would have you look at it anyway. The device needs a new glass and digitizer. I have an Iphone with a broken screen. Shattered Screen. The Iphone works just fine. However, the screen is just broken. The glass on my iphone 3g is broken and the touch screen will not allow me to do anything i cant slide to unlock. I am able to see everything perfectly on the screen,also the top button has fallen out. The phone allows me to see incoming message and incoming calls but not able to answer. i have restored the iphone so i do not know if the passcode is still on there iPhone 3G broken screen. The screen it badly cracked. However, this does NOT effect how the device works at all. I would just like for the glass to be replaced. Screen broken. Works OK. Iphone screen is cracked. broken glass apple 3g. cracked glass. sim card tray is missing. when phone is on the screen shows bars vertically. I need to fix the glass of my iphone. It functions fine and the LCD screen is also fine. If possible, I would like to check the possibility of exploding. It seems there are some reports of iphone exploding. Just to be on the safe side.

No additional issues with the device. cracked glass screen, everything else works it turns on and able to use touch with it. only problem is the cracked screen. Cracked Screen. The screen is cracked around the front button. At first there were no problems, but it slowly started losing sensitivity in the bottom corners. It got to where the slide would have trouble making it all the way across and now, the slide doesn't work at all. It also has a slow reaction time to rotating the keyboard.

iPhone 2G power button stuck causing the phone to restart constantly. After continually pulling it out manually the button no longer sticks out. I am giving the 2G to my kids as a game machine now so I want to have this fixed along with changing the battery to ensure its longevity. I was using my Iphone with the headphones in and I dropped it. Since then, I cannot hear music when the headphones are plugged in, the power button will not work, and the volume/vibrate buttons do not function. Dropped phone on the ground ever since have had a scrabled screen with still touch functions but scrambled display. My iPhone 2G (Original iphone) battery is draining very fast it does not hold a charge would like a new battery also the vibrate on the phone does not work would like to fix this depending on the price thank you. no passcode, phone will not charge i assume bad battery. if not please call and will discuss any other issues. Hi, I am sending you my iphone for a battery replacement, however you should be aware that i have myself replaced the back casing of the device, as you know this is not an easy undertaking and when you open the phone up you may see that some of the wires attached to the back casing are not fully connected, however the device works perfectly, just so that you are aware, im sure you will do your best, those micro screws are just too small for these ageing eyes ! battery will not hold a charge. battery life only last for a short while. also the iPhone wifi doesnt work. if you could take a look at why it doesnt really pick up wifi service it would be great. no passcode.
