iPhone 3G Repair Stories:
I happen to use my iPhone for just about everything, and I especially love having my music on it that I can listen to any time that I need to unwind or relax. I ride the subway to my work downtown every day, and it really helps me to be able to plug in my head phones into my iPhone and listen to a playlist or even watch funny videos on youtube. It really helps the time go by a lot faster, and then I am simultaneously enjoying my commute to work. One day, as I was sitting on the subway watching videos on my iPhone, I noticed that the sound kept cutting in and out. I thought that maybe it could be the head phones themselves going out, so I went and bought a new pair to take home with me after work. The next day, I began to use my new head phones, but I was still finding that my iPhone was having the same sound problems. When I got to work, I decided to skip my morning meeting and instead check for various iPhone repair sites online to see what my options were. I was really not looking forward to having to buy a new one if there happened to be something internally wrong. The site that I contacted prompted me to ship my iPhone in to them so that they could give me a correct assessment in the shortest amount of time. What really impressed me, however, was what seemed to be the experience and skill of their techs since they were able to email me back a detailed report on what they needed to do to replace the head phone jack and restore my sound quality. It was all a very simple repair that saved me much frustration in the long run.
