iPhone 3G Repair Stories

I got an iPhone for my mom last Christmas. She doesn’t like to listen to music on it because she doesn’t like the earphones. But she does like to talk to others and store her pictures on her iPhone and show off her grandchildren to all her friends! My mom’s not the best with the computer, but she’s mastered how to download the pictures of the grandkids that I send her. She counts on her iPhone and never carries around prints of the photographs. I got a distressed call from my mom a few weeks ago. She was so upset with herself! She had been rushing to get out of the house to go to her book group and wanted to bring her iPhone to show off some new photographs. She grabbed her keys and her iPhone and hurried out the door. As she was reaching to open the car door with her keys, she dropped her iPhone onto the garage floor. When she picked it up, she couldn’t get it to display her photographs. After I reassured my mom that she hadn’t lost all her photographs (they were still stored on her computer), she calmed down a little bit. But she was very upset about the iPhone being broken. It had been one of her favorite gifts! I tried to talk to her and reassure her that we would figure something out, but she was still upset when I got off the phone. When I got off the phone, I told my co-worker what had happened. He told me about an iPhone repair company he had used for his son’s iPhone. The service was reliable, he told me, and very reasonably priced! I looked online for the iPhone repair website and was impressed with what I saw. It sounded like a great option. I was a bit nervous about trying it, but with my co-worker’s reassurance that it had worked well for him, I agreed to try it. I called my mom back later in the day and told her about the iPhone repair service. She was so grateful to have a solution to the problem! She sent her iPhone off the next day. A few days later, she received her repaired iPhone. It was as good as new! She could hardly believe that the iPhone repair was so reasonably priced and the service was so good! She proudly took her repaired iPhone to her next book club meeting and showed off the pictures of her grandchildren.
