When I looked up all of the issues I was having with my iPod online, it seemed that it had something to do with the headphones. This made me feel better because I had bought a couple of new headphones, and I was still having the same problem, so I couldn't figure it out. I shipped in my iPod to your company, and I was just very impressed with the fact that you all were responsive to e-mail and the phone whenever I had any questions. The customer service was superb, and it also seemed that the techs who worked on my iPod were very professional and trained well. I was a little nervous about sending off my iPod, but you all made me feel comfortable.

iPod Video Repair Stories

At work, I am able to be in my office cubicle, without being disturbed most times. It can get a little lonely, because most of my work consists with my having to work with computer applications. To entertain myself while I work, I use my iPod. This helps me to relax, it also helps my day go by a little faster. It is a good thing that I have a boss who is understanding and really doesn't care as long as the job is done well. I was doing my job as usual, listening to my iPod when it seemed to get hung up on this one video. Every time I tried to play this particular video, it would freeze up. It might have happened, as I spilled a little water on the iPod this morning. I was watering my plants, and of course listening to my iPod while doing so, and some of the water splashed on it. But it was hardly anything, so I didn't really think that it would be a problem. But, apparently it was, and now I have an iPod that is frozen and it just doesn't want to work with me. This was frustrating as I am so used to having my iPod with me all the time. My boss saw me fidgeting with my iPod and she walked over to ask what was wrong and why wasn't I working. I explained I would get right to those documents as soon as I could get my iPod screen to unfreeze. She simply said, 'I'll call my son, just work on them until I get back'. I did exactly what she said and after lunch, she returned to give me a website address to check. She told me a couple of months back, her son's iPod had some problems and it just wasn't working. Rather than replacing it, they were able to find an iPod repair service, online, who take care of the iPod at a fraction of the cost they would have paid to buy a new one. I checked out the website, called the number they had online, and then proceeded to send my iPod out to the iPod repair company, and was not happy with the prospect of being without my iPod for a couple of weeks. Imagine to my surprise, when I received my iPod back within a couple of days. I, first thought that they had returned it because they couldn't repair it. I mean, why else would it be here so quick, right? Boy, was I wrong, and glad that I was wrong. You see the iPod repair company had sent back my iPod fully repaired. I can't tell you how excited I was to get it back in top shape, and not having to pay too much for it. Am all smiles now!
