I don't know if I was listening to my iPod too much, but the sound sounded all faded and weird. It sounded like it faded more and more every day. I tried to charge it overnight, but that didn't work at all. I tried to buy a new charger because I thought maybe it was the charger, but that didn't work. I got on your website, and I chatted with someone who worked there, and they answered all of my questions. I sent in my iPod to your company, and you all fixed my headphone jack for my iPod, and the sound now is crystal clear. This was the perfect repair that I was looking for, so I have the person who helped me to thank!

Fourth Generation iPod Repair Stories

There are so many songs on my iPod and I love that fact. I love the fact that it has over four gigabytes worth of music and all of them are totally my favorites. I'm simply amazed that I can shuffle them or even pick a certain playlist that will entertain my ears for hours to come. When I wash my car, I listen to my iPod and it makes my chore seem effortless. My music is my life. I have what you might call a wide range of taste from reggae to classical. I love even the corny love songs most older people like, but that's me. While I was washing my car the other day, my songs seemed to end a little too fast. I was wondering what happened so I stopped and tried it again. I noticed that it would play maybe a sample of the music and then go to the next. Ugh! I can't tell you how irritating that was, being that I was only half way through washing the car. It was my neighbor who noticed that I wasn't occupied with my iPod and began to keep me company. I think he is a nice man and all, but I rather just listen to my iPod. Painstakingly, I was able to get through my entire car washing chore. It was synchronous to my neighbor going inside. I went to the kitchen table to try to fix it, but it still wouldn't work the way it is supposed to. So, I sat a minute thinking how can I get it done, when I noticed that my mom wasn't on the computer. I went to some iPod forums and found where someone gave advice to someone to try using a iPod repair service. I thought if it isn't too expensive, I could afford it myself. The iPod repair I chose had a nice price that I could afford and so I went on to their website and got all the details. I gave them a call and they told me to send my iPod over so that they could check it out. I sent over the iPod to the iPod repair company, and was really happy that they fixed it and sent it back quickly. I was so happy and elated when all of the album artwork matched. I thought that, if I kept listening to it something else would go wrong. But, the iPod repair service did a fantastic job and it's nearly 6 months now, and I have no issues at all. How cool is that!
