If the glass window on your iPod mini has become damaged it can dull the appearance of the screen. Our replacement glass will make it clear and easy to use again. Our parts are installed and thoroughly tested by professional technicians and your repaired device is carefully packaged and sent back to you within a few business days after we receive it.

Note: On the off chance that, in addition to your broken screen, we find that your logic board is also damaged, we will unfortunately have to return your device back to you un-repaired and possibly without a screen (as it would not be feasible [or safe] to re-install the original, broken glass), since reliable, new logic boards for this model that meet our quality standards are not available.

Pardon me, but the glass window on my mini looked like absolute Shit! I was hating it every step of the way, and even though I love my iPod, it was more than annoying to try to use it when the glass was all smudged and dull. It was difficult for me to see what kind of song that I was playing, and it was so freaking annoying to boot. I complained about it all of the time to my boyfriend, but he was very helpful and sent me a link to this website so that I could send in my iPod so that I could stop complaining. What a guy! You all were so professional and helpful, and I was surprised at how fast the repair was.

iPod mini Repair Stories

My kids have always been “creative”. I won’t give you some other words for that type of creativity, but rest assured, I never know what they’re going to come up with next. One rainy Saturday, a couple of weeks ago, my kids were up in their playroom and I was off in another part of the house. The kids were entertaining themselves, so I was hoping for the best and not checking in on them! The kids, however, finally felt the need to come to me when they had something to tell me. “Mom,” they said when they came into the kitchen. “The iPod is broken.” “How did the iPod break? I asked, hardly wanting to know the answer. The story was brief and to the point. The kids had been bored and decided to put things on the blades of the electric fan to see what flew off the farthest when they turned it on. They tried all sorts of things – shoes, hats, controllers, and TV remotes. They even tried their iPod! When they retrieved the iPod after they’d spun it off the ceiling fan and it had slammed into the wall, they were surprised to find that it wouldn’t turn on. It was shocking to them, actually, because all the other things they’d spun off the fan still worked. But the iPod was broken. I was not about to make this right for them by reassuring them that we’d go get a new iPod, so I told them that they should go online and see what the Apple website had to say about iPods that had been flown through the air and smacked into a wall. Sheepishly, they went off to do some Internet exploring. About a half an hour later, they burst back into the kitchen. They’d solved the problem! They’d found a couple of iPod repair websites on the Internet that could fix the iPod. They looked at the different companies offering repair services and picked the one they thought would be the best. Then they counted up the money they both had (counting on an advance for their allowance) and realized that they could afford the iPod repair. I was impressed that they’d actually thought it through and found an iPod repair company that might be able to fix their problem, so I let them send the iPod off. A few weeks later, the iPod was returned. It worked perfectly! The repair company had fixed it in a timely manner and with no hidden costs. We were all happy with the outcome.
