Ipod Touch 3G

    I have recently been having complications with my Ipod Touch 3G I do not know the specific problem of the Ipod but the Home Button is not functionally in the right way. It acts if someone is pushing it by itself even though the home button stays up. This happens at random times and is very annoying. I would like to ask if you could help me with the problem. Money is a little bit tight so if there is a plan that is the lowest in price could you please suggest it. Also I would like a full inspection of my ipod to see of any other problems. If you could contact me in the shortest amount of time that would be great.

    Thank you for contacting us in regards to your 3rd Generation iPod Touch. The home button on your device is probably causing the problem but there could be an underlying issue, such as the charging port or connection between the parts. We would suggest doing a repair evaluation, this would let our technicians open the device up and figure out what is causing the issue. It is $19 and goes towards the installation of all the parts needed in your device, so you would not be down any extra money if you were to approve.
