iPod classic repair

    My iPod Classic 80GB has water damage, any chance of getting it repaired or am I out of luck? It sometimes works when it is hooked up to my car adaptor, but then won't shut off and the battery dies.

    This problem is typically either a bad battery or Logic Board. If it turns out to be the battery, repair would be just under $40. I'd recommend an evaluation here: http://www.milliamp.com/ipod-classic-repair-evaluation.html
