I have had my 80gb Ipod classic for 3 years with no issues. It is extremely well cared for. I now have a red X error (it was like this when I got up this morning) and I am unable to troubleshoot the problem with recs from the apple website and web. I don't want to waist money having the ipod evaluated if I'm going to be told that it's a hard drive problem that isn't worth being fixed. Anyone else out there with a problem like this? What to do?
