Few people know what a content developer is. He’s the guy who creates all the material you see on websites and newsletters. It’s fun work, and offers a lot of variety and challenges. There always something new to learn and to write about. I work to a schedule of 8 hours a day when I sit in front of my computer and research and write and complete my quota for the day. I don’t like to be disturbed because it messes up my concentration so I tell my wife never to disturb me. Of course it can get a bit lonely at times but that is where music makes all the difference. I have my iPod on all the time with music to suit my mood and what kind of stuff I’m writing. It’s funny, but having music that matches the mood of the type of article I am writing improves the quality of my work. You can imagine my frustration when a month ago my cat, who sits on my table as I work, decided to start chewing on the iPod while I was on the phone. I noticed this only when the call was over, but by that time the iPod was scratched and covered with saliva. I grabbed it from her, dried it off and tried to play it. No luck!
