When we were contacted by a customer that asked if we could make the Home Button on his iPhone 3GS easier to press, we asked him to send it on in and we’d see what we could do. It took several tries back and forth before we got it right, but the outcome was more than worth it – the customer can now use his iPhone 3GS again, thanks to our crack staff of iPhone repairmen.

This fellow has another iPhone that he is sending our way so we can repeat the procedure.
While this was one of the more challenging repairs we do, it was a refreshing break from the daily dose of iPod batteries, iPhone screens, and iPod nano glass that we repair. Being able to help customers when the have a problem is why we are in business, and success stories like being able to make the Home Button easier to press for this customer is very rewarding.
