my bezel was all messed up on my iPod touch because I use it so often. My theory is that it knocks around in my purse all of the time with my wallet, lipstick, keys, you name it, so it looks horrible. I was trying to get my boyfriend to find a new one so that he could repair it for me so that it would look new. I just like to keep my stuff nice, and I figured he could just replace it for me. He claimed that he didn't know how to do it, so I decided to look at this repair website to see if they could do it for me. Milliamp was so helpful, and they repaired and replaced the bezel so that it looks brand-new.

iPod touch Repair Stories

I’m sort of hard-core trail runner. I like to take my dogs out every day and run the trails around the creek behind my house. We’ve got a couple of routes mapped out and the dogs know them pretty well. I like to take my iPod every now and then, especially when I’m feeling tired, because the music keeps my energy level up and I feel like I can keep running longer. About a month ago, I was out running the trails after a particularly nasty rainstorm. The trails were really muddy and I was slipping a little bit. I slowed down, trying to be careful, and pressed on. I had my iPod in my pocket because I wanted to concentrate on my footing. The last thing I wanted to do was to go down in the mud! But, as luck would have it, down I went. Heading down a fairly steep hill, I had a misstep and took a tumble. I ended up with a banged up knee and a twisted ankle. The dogs and I called it a day and I hobbled home. After a shower and a couple of aspirin, I picked up my clothes and headed to the washing machine. I searched the pockets and when my hand hit my iPod in my pocket, I knew I was in trouble. I hadn’t even thought about my iPod being in my pocket when I fell! It looked all right when I pulled it out of my pocket, but when I tried to turn it on, I saw nothing but black screen. I threw the clothes in the wash and sat down to check out my iPod. After having no luck trying to get it going on my own, I checked out the Apple website and tried a few of their tips for trying to get it started again. No luck on those either. A friend of mine was online so I instant messaged him to tell him my tale of woe. “Ipod repair,” he messaged back. And he went on to explain that he’d had his iPod repaired by an iPod repair company. The service was quick and inexpensive and he had his iPod back in a couple of weeks, good as new! I did my own search for iPod repair websites and found the one he recommended and a few others. I felt confident sending my iPod off to the company he recommended and was very happy when I received my repaired iPod back in just a couple of weeks.
