iPhone Repair Stories

I met my friends on a Saturday morning at an internet café and coffee shop. We had a great time talking and laughing about various topics, catching up. Well they decided to go to a book shop next door for a few things and I decided I would wait on their return. I had my laptop to keep me busy, while they shopped. I got my laptop connected to the internet and began reviewing some documents and emails from work. It was a few minutes later, I pulled out my iPhone and started to listen to music while I worked. It seemed like they were only gone for five minutes, due to me having my music to keep me company. They all sat down and reprimanded me for working so hard. I didn’t pay much attention to what they said and tried to shut down my iPhone, but it seemed to be frozen. It wouldn’t load up or shut down. I must have expressed my anger out loud, because they wanted to know what was wrong. I gave them my iPhone, in a defeated manner, they began to try to fix it for me and we all talked and argued over ways to fix it. One of the people who worked in the coffee shop was wiping tables and walked over to us, to explain that his iPhone does the same thing. He told us how he has had to consult the services of an iPhone repair online shop to help him get his to work again. He told me that he also had the web address in his wallet which he pulled out and gave me. Quickly, I went to the web address and sent them an email with the details of my problem. I felt relieved to know at least I had a lead on how to fix it. We dispersed, my friends and I, all of us going out separate ways. When I got home which was a walk a few blocks away, I was surprised to find that on my roommates computer, which I sometimes used when she isn’t home, there was a speedy response to my email with instructions on what to do next, and a phone contact. I called just to make sure and confirmed the instructions, and did just that. I sent them my iPhone to be repaired.
