I talked to you a while back about my iPod not charging and freezing up. Your advice was to get an electric wall charger. I was finally able to get one and charged it up. Just wanted to let you know it is working GREAT!! Thank you so much. I just returned from a trip to Las Vegas to visit my daughter. 4.5 hours over and back nonstop by myself. SO GLAD to have a working iPod!!! Thank you!

Your company is so great! Regardless of not being able to fix my iPod, I have the utmost confidence in your services. You have made me trust you enough to refer many of my friends and relatives to your company for battey replacements, etc. Thanks for your great service and the integrity of your company. I have not "worried" about my iPod being away (it's like my child, hahaha) because I knew it was in good hands. I'll keep my iPod in a drawer somewhere as an antique I guess.
