The funny thing is that I probably have been using my classic for like a year with a messed up headphone jack and didn't even know it! It was getting so bad that I was really fed up. I can't tell you how many different sets of headphones that I have purchased just to see if they would work out for me. Wtf! So very annoying, but I found your company, and you all assessed my iPod classic and told me that the headphone jack was the problem. The price was pretty affordable, especially when you compare it to how many headphones I have already bought and potentially having to purchase a new iPod. Now the headphone jack works perfectly, so thanks for everything!

iPod classic Repair Stories

Wrestlers are not known for being neat and organized. In fact, many of them, like my son, are downright messy. And that’s being nice! To go to a wrestling tournament, my son packs his headgear and his singlet and stuffs a bunch of other stuff in a bag and jumps on a bus. The one thing he always has with him is his iPod. He listens to it on the bus on the way to the tournament. He listens to it all day during the tournament. He listens to it all the way home! He has sometimes run the battery out during a long tournament day. One day, after a long tournament, my son came home late and he was in a foul mood. I assumed it was because he hadn’t wrestled well, so I asked him about it. “No,” he snapped at me. “It’s because I stepped on my iPod.” My heart broke for my son. His iPod was broken and it was his own fault. I told him I was sorry and decided to skip the lecture about responsibility until another time. My son climbed the stairs to his room and closed the door. In the morning, my son came down for breakfast a different person. He’s heard from one of his friends about in iPod repair website that he’d looked up that morning. It looked great and was much cheaper than replacing the iPod he loved. He had enough money to cover the repair, so he sent his iPod away, with his fingers crossed. He struggled through the next couple of weeks with no iPod, without complaining. I was pretty proud of him for that. When the box came in the mail from the iPod repair company, we were both ecstatic. The iPod was in great working condition and the process had been so easy! Since neither of us had known about iPod repair companies before this, we both concluded that it was certainly the best option in this instance. My son got his iPod repaired for much less money than it would have cost him for a new one, moreover it was done so quickly. He also was without his iPod for a couple of weeks, and he appreciated it that much more when it was returned! He is much more careful with his iPod now. A solution and a lesson for my son all wrapped up in one iPod repair!
