Author: Jen I had no idea that if I was having sound problems with my nano that it could be the hedphone jack. I thought that maybe something was wrong with it so that I would have to buy a completely new on. I was really frustrated because I did not have the money to do this. So frustrated. I decided to check out online is my last resort, but when I found your company, I instantly felt that you all knew what you were doing. I called a representative right away to see what kind of help that they could offer me, and they directed me to send in my iPod to your website, which was absolutely the best choice because it was very affordable and now it works. |

Author: Marci I sent my ipod in because the mic wasnt working. So i put this in my cart sent in my ipod. I got an email telling me when it arrived and when it got fixed. The day after it got repaird they tested it and sent it out to me. I got it two days later and it works great every thing is fine. When I got it you could tell they put time into packing it safley. Great place I recomend useing milliamp for ipod problems. |
