If your iPod nano no longer holds a charge, or the battery doesn't last as long as it used to, then you likely just need to have the battery replaced.

The battery inside the 5th Generation iPod nano is soldered to the logic board, and is very difficult for the average consumer to replace. That's why we don't offer a battery replacement kit for the iPod nano like we do with the other iPod models.
